As we move through a new financial year, I’m pleased to say that Enviropacific has started strongly and continues to see growth in our key service areas, with several exciting opportunities in the pipeline nationally. It follows a productive 12 months last financial year – with much hard work completed despite the challenges of Covid-19 restrictions.
We have had key projects awarded and extended across the country.
Wyangala and surrounds in NSW will soon be home to one of our state-of-the-art potable water treatment systems, a project we are undertaking with DPIE as part of the Dam Wall Raising Project. The Fitzroy Gasworks Project in Victoria has been extended through variation works and will continue through to early 2022. While in Queensland, our teams at RAAF Amberley continue to exceed expectations in the upgrading of the base fire ring main, all done whilst working through PFAS impacted areas and minimising disruption to base operations.
And more recently, we have been awarded a water treatment package by John Holland Seymour Whyte JV for Sydney Gateway, again cementing our position in the infrastructure sector.
The challenges of Covid-19 to the construction industry are likely to continue for some time and Enviropacific is not immune. Fortunately, our team’s delivery and the businesses’ ability to adapt means that there has been minimal disruption across our national footprint. We are very much focused on enabling our teams to act locally.
Maintaining the health and safety of our employees, their families, and the community is important. To that end, we have strengthened our Covid Safety Plans and actively encourage vaccination throughout our business.
Finally, I am pleased to say that Enviropacific is looking forward to attending the EcoForum conference rescheduled in November.
